Me and My Girl

I got to take my oldest and one of her best friends out for dinner and to the theater tonight.  They picked Indian food so we had curried chicken and samosa's (and I thought we'd end up at Applebee's!) Both girls loved  the Box Car Children, put on by our local children's theater.


My two companions are both known for their chattiness; I was treated to lots of nine-year-old-girl-banter all evening. Very sweet!

Kudos to Hubby who watched over the rest of the brood only one day after having sinus surgery (for the third time).
