Still Clinging

This sweet creature had no qualms about us getting very close to her as we watched her forage for breakfast this morning. She came within about six feet of the deck we were standing on, looking at us for a few seconds, and then turning back to the task at hand. Poor thing isn't going to make it long in any woods but these if she's this bold...

Speaking of hunting -- and other gun-clinging, religion-crutching sentiments... Oh, I usually don't get into politics here, but hello? Obama? Are you serious? You "chose your words wrong?" Really? It may just be what you truly believe about folks who don't see things the way you do. And by the way, there are some of us who have Ivy League degrees too, and aren't economically frustrated, but love - yes, even cling to - our religion.
