Elbow recently returned from her 10 year old trip to Washington DC with her Papa. Her one request was hitting Georgetown Cupcake, the real name of the bakery made famous from the show
DC Cupcake. I'm pretty sure they went there twice, but who's asking?
Another big moment came when she got to cast Congressman Nolan's vote on the House floor!
